About Setukaa
Setukaa is a professional language services company based in Bhadrapur, Jhapa, Nepal, established in 2012. We provide certified document translation, on-site and remote interpretation, audio/video transcription, website localization, and language training to clients across the United States, Europe, Australia, and Nepal.
Our mission is to bridge communication gaps between Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, and South Asian language speakers and English-speaking institutions. We serve government agencies, healthcare providers, law firms, corporate organizations, and individuals who require accurate, culturally competent language services.
Our Team
Santosh Ghimire — Founder & Lead Translator
Santosh founded Setukaa after more than a decade of professional translation and interpretation experience. He has translated over three million words from English to Nepali and vice versa for clients including the University of Zurich, US-based translation agencies, and direct corporate clients. He has provided over 1,000 hours of interpretation services in healthcare, legal, and community settings. Santosh is the primary point of contact for all client projects and personally reviews every translation delivered through the company.
Srijana Devkota — Operations & Client Relations
Srijana manages client communications, project coordination, and quality assurance. She ensures that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Her background in client services and cross-cultural communication helps maintain the responsiveness and professionalism that our clients expect.

DBA Claims Support
Beyond language services, we operate a specialized DBA (Defense Base Act) claims field and medical support practice for South Asia. We partner with US and international TPAs, carriers, and law firms, providing a vetted on-the-ground network of field agents, medical case managers, interpreters, logistics managers, and licensed medical doctors. We take full operational responsibility for claim field and medical activity, handled with strict confidentiality and our ISO 17100-compliant process culture.
