Advance Reservations
Boardrooms and Room C book out during peak seasons. We recommend reserving at least two weeks ahead for single events and a month ahead for multi-city programmes. Last-minute requests are accommodated where possible.

Every quote is line-itemed: room, hours, AV, catering, transport, hotels, and interpreters. You pay for what you use, and nothing is hidden.
